Joe and I had the chance to go to an event at Sundance in Park City this year. It was called hitRECord. It's an open collaborative project with the handsome Joseph Gordon-Levitt as the mastermind behind it all. Basically, it's a website where people can post art of all kinds, giving the rights to the photos up for everyone who is a member, to remix it. To add to it, to take from, to animate, to compile. It is the neatest thing I have ever heard of. The event was sold out -1200 seats! and we all got to witness some of the great pieces that have been created by various different artistic masterminds. plus, we got to see Joseph sing and be cute and stuff.
check out hitRECord.org it's the perfect opportunity to inspire, be inspired, and create. if ANY part of your pieces are used and chosen for final projects, you'll get some of the profit!

i saw your pin of him on pinterest and wondered where you had the chance to see him singing.
and even though i'm kind of anti zooey d right now, i almost think i'd like she and him better if it were jgl and her vs. m.ward.
m. should just be left alone to work his magic.
kate, i totally think that's a good plan.
but i like she & him as they are! m.ward is a mastermind though and he doesn't get enough cred for being the HIM in that band.
jgl and her would be cute together, as a couple.
but i kind of hate that she and ben aren't together anymore...

My heart just melted a little. I love him. Seriously. But not as much as I love Eric....
I wish we could've gone to this!
