crank yanker.
so. like i've said before, birth control makes me a mean person.
i have no option but to be on it at this point.
if you've ever dealt with this, how did you overcome it? i don't even know where it comes from, but i'm just the crankiest meanest son of a gun. and i want to be me again.
the gif is irrelevant.
i know, woe is me.

I love that gif so much. And I'm obsessed enough with Seinfeld that I know the context. As much as want to elaborate on that, I will spare you.
I am a stinker on birth control, too. It really is no fun to know that you're being mean, but not know how to control the things you are irritated by. I wish I could say I handle that situation perfectly, but I really don't. I'm sure I can't say anything you don't already do . . . pray, take alone time, etc. But a few things that has helped me are: taking baths with the Lavender essential oil (chamomile and neroli are good, too), cutting out caffeine, and getting at least eight hours of sleep. Honestly, like nine or ten would be ideal. Haha!
I hope you get feeling better! You are a doll, and I can't imagine you being anything less than an absolute sweetheart.
ha, chels i'm pretty sure i know the context too. seinfeld is a fave in our home!!
those are great ides. i hate baths. but perhaps i should unhate them. caffeine is a big part of my every day life. i know i should cut it out. that is just a reassurance i should, did it really help you?
thanks sweetiepoo. my sweet joe gets the butt of all of my mean. :(
I knew I liked you! Haha!
If you really, really hate baths you could even get some unscented body wash and add the oils to it. Dove has a pretty good one.
I was a big caffeine drinker. Diet Coke addict, right here. I haven't had any in like, a month and I honestly feel so much more regulated. Everyone is different, though. I had a craving last night and got a caffeine free diet coke, and I actually really liked it a lot.
I think James and Joe could easily form a support group, then. It is no fun!
i hate it because i blame my mean on birth control. when i should be able to control my actions. thoughts, words, etc. but i simply can't. i hate being out of my mind. yeah, i've known forever i need to quite caffeine.
really.
it's so bad.
irrelevant yet makes me want to do the exact same thing right along with them. i feel like birth control did the same to me! i just had to try and learn to bite my tongue...sometimes it worked. sometimes it didn't. :-/
i recommend depoprovera. one shot every 3 months. its cool. and im not moody at all. yet.
I switched birth controls!! Just talk to your doctor and tell him what's happening. Mine found the perfect one for me. It can take a few trials but they have different levels of hormones that effect you differently. You don't have to live like that!
(I use Loestrin and LOVED it!! I have several friends on it and they all like it a lot too)
